Hobbies
So I think a lot of people, like myself, boredom eat. I am trying to find new hobbies to get myself out of the house - aside from just going to the gym. I have been doing yoga, photography, hiking and kayaking. What does everyone do to keep their mind and bodies active?

Running has sort of become my hobby. I also love photography, but rarely find the time for it.
Unfortunately my other hobby is writing, which means I spend a lot of time sitting down.
Also used to do a lot of charity work, which involved being active (but also seemed to involve a lot of eating). Again, something I don't have time for any more.0 -
Geocaching.....fun, cheap and healthy....check into it!!0
