i went shopping with my dad tonight, and will probably do it more often.

i made him buy canned veggies, fruit (banana's, pears, blueberries and blackberries), celery, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatos, onions, and some thinsations (just in case!)

so i am all set to stay on track next week!!!

    It probaly wouldve been better if you would have got fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables because canned fruits in vegetables are high in sodium, and to much sodium , makes you reta:flowerforyou: in water
