What is the point?

This weekend my diet was awful and exercise didn't exist, but what is the point in feeling sorry for myself? I am the one who made these decisions, no one forced the food down my throat. I made these decisions on my own, I admit bad decisions. But there is no damn point in being depressed and feeling sorry for myself. Where will that get me? Does feeling sorry for myself burn calories and make muscles. Nope. INSTEAD I am making the decision to kick up my exercise routine. I have 2 days worth of HIIT planned. Then I will give my body the rest is needs and requires and Thursday I will pick up where I left off. I refuse to let this weekend ruin me. I want to be proud for the person I am and the body I am transforming. And I believe with this website, I will and I can. I know I can. No excuses.

Good attitude! I think that a lot of people have an all-or-nothing attitude about diet and weight loss, so if they have a weekend of bad decisions, they throw up their hands and just go back to their old habits altogether. Two steps forward, one step back is still one step forward. Keep going!0

I posted this in my blog, so whenever in doubt I can remind myself, after all this is for me.0
