240cal lunch, easy!
I was OUT OF TIME this morning and didn't have time to pack my normal work lunch for two. Just as I was resigning myself to ordering out, I popped open the cabinents and came up with an awesome meal that was super easy, cheap, and healthy- so, I thought I'd share. I used one package of microwavable whole grain ready rice in a bag and one box of steam in a bag frozen veggies. Both serve two, don't require any special carrying containers, and took a total of 4.5 minutes to heat seperately and plate up. Best part? 240 calories and it tasted awesome! If I didn't have to share it I'd grab a small container to put the rest away for tomorrow. Happy meal planning everyone!
