A Muscle Question...

I have very strong legs... they're pretty muscular... i'm just starting to get active (again) but my calves are pretty cut for being as fat as i am. Is this unusual? What can i do to make them look less bulky/muscular?

I'm an apple shape... so i have pretty big shoulders, i dont' have a problem with my upper body being big >.<0
