10 pounds left till goal weight

So my goal weight is 145. My ultimate goal weight is 135. For some reason my weight loss has stalled and it's a fight to lose even a few ounces. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated. I have lost the weight so far simply by working at my very active job with a little strength training here and there. I switched my goals to 40-30-30 and lost a pound but I am now stuck. I walk to work every day which is uphill and only about 1/4 of a mile away. Do I need to start a huge work out method or stay patient? Any help would be much appreciated. The other thing I considered was staying where I am now and just trying to build muscle? I'm so lost and confused, I just want to be toned and slim.

    Stay patient. Keep doing what you are doing and the weight will come off.
