my goal weight is around 150 right now, but it could change-I really want to get my body fat % down and tone up so if the scale doesn't move I'm not to heartbroken...I currently started reading new rules of lifting for women and i'm learning A LOT about how women should be working out and i'm going to start their workout/food plan soon :)

Hope the pics work :)

VERY nice work, lots of noticeable changes. Not flexing/arms up on after would have let us see a little more in that regard, but still, impressive difference!

Great progress! I've no one to take pictures of my progression - and not sure if I'd really want to share! :) There's a book on lifting for women you say? I've been lifting weights for a while and lift pretty heavy on most exercises I do but never heard of a book specifically geared towards lifting for women...Might check that one out! And yes agree with you there, eat clean and exercise. Best way to melt off the fat and pounds
