I'm definitely cooking this soon! Used this dressing to make a yummy sesame ginger chicken dish for lunch today, it's great!!

Asian Beef Salad

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds boneless beef top sirloin steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
8 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup Marie’s® Sesame Ginger Dressing
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions:
Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove; let stand 10 minutes. Slice steaks into strips.

Divide greens between four plates. Top with onion wedges and steak. Drizzle Marie’s Sesame Ginger Dressing over salad; sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts.

Marie’s Tip: You can also grill the steaks—make extra on the weekend and enjoy this salad during the week.
