Carrying the weight I've lost

Went hiking and camping this past weekend with a 30lb pack, which is about how much I've lost since February. There was no greater motivator for continuing and maintaining my weight loss than hiking for 30 miles with that weight on my back.
If any of you are hitting a plateau or feel yourself sliding, just load up a backpack with however much weight you've lost and hit the treadmill for a few miles.
