Here is a few weeks of arm exercises. Can anyone see a difference??

Wow!! There is absolutely a difference!! Great job! My arms are my least favorite part of my body. I have flappy arms and I HATE them. I don't even wear short sleeve shirts - EVER. What type of exercises did you do?????0

I started out doing pushups and lifting jugs of water. Then I went to lifting a 10 pound weight, curls and lifting it back wards. And then this weekend I started lifting weights on my step dad's weight machine.
Also doing cardio. Walking/Jogging/Running.0 -

I just do probably 10-20 reps.
Lifting the jugs above my head
Lifting them back behind me
Doing pushups
probably 3-4 sets. until I am tired. LOL0 -
