Arms Looking Better

Here is a few weeks of arm exercises. Can anyone see a difference??

    Wow!! There is absolutely a difference!! Great job! My arms are my least favorite part of my body. I have flappy arms and I HATE them. I don't even wear short sleeve shirts - EVER. What type of exercises did you do?????

    Great job! They absolutely look better! I need to know what kind of arm exercises you're doing because my arms are sooooo flabby!

    Please tell me what exercises you are doing, how many reps. I'm trying to get my arms under control as well. You had amazing progress.

    I started out doing pushups and lifting jugs of water. Then I went to lifting a 10 pound weight, curls and lifting it back wards. And then this weekend I started lifting weights on my step dad's weight machine.

    Also doing cardio. Walking/Jogging/Running.

    I just do probably 10-20 reps.
    Lifting the jugs above my head
    Lifting them back behind me
    Doing pushups

    probably 3-4 sets. until I am tired. LOL :)

    YES!! The difference is clear!! Good for you, the batwings as I call them are so hard for me too!

    Love the fact, that you're lifting water jugs and just started out with "real" weights now!
