I have lost all but the slightest thread of motivation. I'm usually good about eating the right amount of calories daily, though I will admit I "cheat" because I refuse to deny myself of the foods I love, so I will average between 1000-1800 depending on the day. I go to the gym about 3 times a week (I love the arc trainer) and have just started to Zumba once a week. I lost about 40 pounds about 1 1/2 - 2 years ago, but have come to a screaching halt for the last year or so. I feel like a yo-yo, up 5 down 5 up 7 down 3 and up down up down. It's very tiring and frustrating. I also have gastro paresis, which usually causes the opposite problem of fighting to keep on weight, but not me. That would be too easy .... Instead this causes me to feel very full very fast and stay full for a long time. (ie I can eat a muffin at breakfast (7:30ish) and not feel hungery until dinner time (6:30ish)). I try to make sure that I still eat a minimum of 1200 cals a day and at regular times, but I always feel over full and bloated.
I'm feeling frustrated, exhausted, stressed, uncomfortable and over all just done with it all.... I would love to loose another 25-30lbs to feel comfortable but I'm just lost as to what to do any more.
Anyone who can give me any advice please do.....
