Post partum loose skin help

Hey guys :)
I've just recently (ish) had a baby 6 months ago, and lot weight fairly quickly, however I still have a jelly belly and quite a bit of sagging skin. I've cut my calorie intake and eating more healthily with the added aim of attempting the whole 8 glasses of water p/day! Ive just started the 30 day thread as well.
My Aim is to lose a bit of that belly fat and tone up after the birth left my tummy muscles in a bit of a mess. I've lost half a stone so far which made a massive improvement to my tummy. However,I'm really concerned about this loose skin. I Was wondering if anybody can assist me for advise on the best way to get my body back in shape without making the whole skin situation worse?
I'm 5'4, 22 years old, and currently weighing in at 9st.
