    Thanks for the great ideas! But it doesn't look like very much food. I would be SO hungry if that's all I brought to eat during the day at work. :(

    I try to eat 6 meals a day (between 250-300cal each), so of these are actually a lot more! This isn't for everyone and I'm certainly not a nutritionist...just wanted to post to give other's some ideas.

    I agree! I would like that recipe also...especially since I saw you commented that it's portable. I eat out of a lunchbox with no refrig or microwave available on my jobsites!
