Toning Tables

The small gym that I go to has "Toning Tables" that I use. I am not sure how to log these in as exercise or if I should really. The machine moves for me but I have to tighten and engage my core muscles in order for it to work. Does anyone have any insight on this.

Are you using the gym as well or just the tables?
Personally I would just count any benefit from them as an added extra and not use them to increase your calorie allowance, but thats just me. If you want to track them, I think you could use strength/resistance as these don't add calories.
Just my opinion though.....0 -
Yes I am also doing cardio and some weights. I have been just using it as additional and not adding it into my calories burned. Trying to tighten my stomach and help hopefully not have flab as I lose. Thanks for your help!!0

As you are doing cardio and weights I would count that as your exercise and eat those calories back, but not add anything for the tables.
As with everything though it is trial and error, and you may find you need to play about with your calorie total to find the balance that works for you
Good luck0
