Hello Everyone: I love this sight because almost all the foods I eat on my healthy eating are in the data base from Flatout flat bread to Trader Joe's greek yogurt....etc. I find the only way for me to lose weight in my 50's is to count calories and watch my protein, fiber, etc. I want to lose 15 pounds by Sept. 1st and may have to be happy with 10 by Sept. How is everyone else doing? I don't quite understand how to be able to be in groups on this website yet, but I do know it is easy to count calories, so you can count on me to be a supportive diet buddy if you need one. Thanks!!!
