Newbie! Hey guys!

Hey everyone :) My name is Amy, I am 18 years old and I am motivated to get my bikini body!

During my university exams I felt that I was spending my time up in my room, studying. No exercise was taking place and meals were often microwave noodles out of quickness and laziness so that i could get back to studying. I also ate a TON of junk food to get my quick burst of energy while studying. So when exams were over and i reached for yet another Pot Noodle, i thought "You are completely wasting your body." my skin was terrible, i had developed muffin tops and my legs were tree trunks (seems to be the place that's always affected worst)

So here i am, on this website! I have to say, according to my tracker, today didn't go so well, but I DIDNT reach for a pot noodle! haha!
tomorrow will hopefully be better. Does anyone have any quick tips for losing a lot of weight fast? Any help or even just general chit chat and motivation would be appreciated!
