Hi - this is for Bodybugg or Fitbit users!
I just activated a Bodybugg and I was wondering how you combine those programs with MFP?
Do you calculate your BMR?
The way I was thinking of doing it was calculating BMR, and then putting the difference between that and whatever the Bodybugg says you've burned as your calorie burn on MFP.
So say my BMR is 1500 (hypothetically) and my Bodybugg says I've burned 2000 calories in a day, I would put 500 cals burned into MFP.
Does that sound right? Thanks in advance for any help!

That sounds really complicated. I wear a BMF (BodyMedia Fit) and I just set some random number as my calorie goal on MFP. I don't give a rats behind whether or not my number ends up red or green at the end of the day....I eat my calories based off my BMF burn. I'm pretty small so I keep a very small deficit. Works for me. I don't record any exercise calories on MFP.0

The issue for me is that I live in New Zealand and the Bodybugg app is not available here. So it's much better for me to record exercise and food on MFP, as I can use the app on my phone. So what I want to use the Bodybugg for is to gain an accurate view of how many calories I'm burning per day.0
