Putting Scale Away

I have noticed that I have been weighting myself a lot, more often then I need. I don't know why either, I know not to expect real weightloss that way, but I still keep doing it.
So, I've decided I am weighting myself tomorrow morning and putting my scale in the closet till next week. I think seeing it there has created this dilemma. Also, since I've decided to step away from weight loss and now focusing on FAT loss, I feel the scale will be a lot less useful for me.
Anyone else have this issue?

You are definitely not alone. Check out the groups page. There are several groups that discuss not using a scale for a set period of time. Just search "scale" and they will pop up.0
