I know the women's book seems to be quite popular with some ladies here but my question is has anyone read the original one. I guess one could say the men's book but it could be for anyone really. If you have read it what do you think? Is it legit info and is the workouts they structure good?
Any opinion on the book good or bad is welcomed.

I picked it up and just started reading. Its pretty cool because it tailors the workouts depending on your availability and goals I'm down to log our notes. I plan on doing the 2 day a week workout for now. Well once I'm done reading through it.0

I have it, and just started the break-in workout today. It's pretty good. I did some research before buying it and the general consensus was that it is fundamentally sound. It offers a lot of different workouts depending on your goals. What I like about it is it suggests a progression from the initial four-week break-in phase right through about your first year of lifting, with a new workout every few weeks. I think it's worth the money.0
