Guideline calorie suggestions.

Hi, I was wondering what kind of calories pole dancing would burn per hour.

It involves a lot of strength, (mainly lifting your own body weight and suspending it), a lot of flexibility and also I guess cardio, as I do tend to get quite out of breath and sweaty doing it.

If anyone has any suggestions then please let me know.

Also i would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun way to get fit. I know that a number of people believe it to be tacky and tasteless, and I joined thinking I would learn to be some kind of sex goddess. However, I now know how dim I was being, and that it's actually quite graceful and artistic, and you can make it as sexy or silly as you want. Not to mention it's an incredible work out!
