I've lost 33lbs so far and to be honest I haven't thought it was a big deal. I still see me as 33lbs heavier. I guess I'll struggle with that for a while. Anyway, I found this pic and it really opened my eyes. Hope it helps!

    40lbs lost, I'd say maybe 30 is fat. I guess I lost a lot of fat lol

    I think I threw up something that resembled that once. I forget what I'd eaten or if I'd eaten at all.

    My story aside it's always surreal to put a visual to what is usually just a number. It's fascinating, yet there's still that "holy god is that what that is?" moment.
