Hello everyone. This is a do or die situation for me I need lots of help and support. I promise to give as much as you give me. I have done every diet there is but always lack the motivation. Thanks so much.

    Hi and welcome!!!! I think you're gonna love it here. There are a ton of supportive people going thru the exact same thing. You will never have that I have to this on my own feeling.
