mold and bread

I've had this wheat bread thats high in fiber i think pepperidge farms makes it for about 3-4weeks now and theres no mold on it and its still moist...is it still ok to eat?

    if it doesn't stink, and there's no mold, I'd eat it.

    Really, I'd be more concerned about why there's no mold. lol

    I keep my bread in the freezer. If it's sitting out for more than a few days, I can't eat it. Mold exists before you actually see it on your bread.

    I do too BrendaLee. I found we weren't eating enough to finish it before it spoiled, so now all our bread is frozen. We defrost just enough for whatever we are eating. Rye, Whole Wheat, Pita, and buns...all frozen.

    If I smell a strong yeasty smell on bread even if I don't see mold, trash time!

    Mold exists before you actually see it on your bread.

    Thus the stink test!

    it didnt stink...lol but does it help that its been about 70-50degrees out lately ? lol
