Hello, all! I signed up for MFP a few weeks ago. Over the past year and a half, I lost about 70 pounds on Weight Watchers Points Plus program. I loved the program while it worked, but found it impossible to lose the last 20-30 pounds I wanted to lose through the program. I found that MFP is more specific in tracking and a few friends from a weight loss forum recommended using MFP as a tool to getting to my ultimate goal weight.
My focus here is not only to lose weight to get "skinny," but to also build and tone some muscle. I'm a sophomore in college (summer break just started, woo!) and I have never been physically fit. No more excuses!
