I have been using the gym since February now. Did really well in February, not so great in March and April, and now getting back into it. Today I did my first class at the gym, I did Zumba...for the entire hour. It killed but it was amazing!!!
I actually felt like I kept up pretty well for a beginner too!
On a side note...instead of posting a totally different forum for this...I could use some friends on this site. I had a few but they have not logged in for a few months. I could just use general advice on foods, workouts (especially lifting), and just someone to help me stay motivated!
