flabby arms

Hi all,
I have a problem, no matter how much I diet I don't seem to lose weight off my arms.
I'm afraid to lift weights or anything because once I stop they will be even flabbier...I think thats how they got this way in the first place.
Does anyone know what I can do?

    Just keep doing what you are doing to lose weight. When you restrict calorie intake and excercise, you loose fat from everywhere in your body. I had the same problem with flabby arms and bought 3lb weights. Now, when I walk in the mornings, I take my weights with me and do different arm exercises with them. My arms are looking much tighter and not as flabby anymore...

    Keep working at losing weight. It will go from your arms. Do some arm work to help tone but you dont need to lift heavy just work them.

    Lola, Lifting weights will build muscle and burn fat. I asked my personal trainer how to get rid of the "jelly fins" and she said a super clean diet and resistance training. Hope it helps!
