Favorite quick breakfast

Here's what I do when I hit the snooze button too many times.
2 scoops optimum nutrition gold whey caramel toffee fudge (insanely delicious)
1 cup oat meal
1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Throw it in the blender and GO

What are some of everyone else's hurry I'm gonna be late but still gotta eat something breakfasts

    Most days i eat instant oatmeal....because it is quick and easy to fix at work.....

    What i prefer...is eggs..with veggies.....most any veggies tossed in there...i just don't have time before work most of the time to cook them....and do dishes before i leave!
  • A banana with peanutbutter and maybe some cruched cereal or granola spirnkled on top.

    Similar! I use a frozen banana and 2 scoops chocolate whey iso protein with 200ml lite milk. Yum yum!
