Taking pictures of your food?

I was reading in a magazine today about a woman who was doing weight watchers and had to track her food. She noticed that she had come to a halt with her weight loss, and decided instead of just writing her food out, she would take pictures of everything she would eat in a day to make it more real. Its been said that this could make you lose 3x the amount of weight you would if you were just tracking it in a book.

So I'm wondering, has anyone tried this? If so, how well is it working for you

    Good idea. I have not tried it. I question the "3 times as much" - sounds pretty optimistic. :wink:
