Shoveling dirt, wheelbarrowing, dumping

Anyone have any suggestions for what I should use for the 5.75 hours I spent shoveling soil into a wheelbarrow, lifting it and running it into a backyard, dumping it into raised beds and various other things including lifting some of the wheelbarrows up over a two-foot ledge, raking the damp, heavy soil and knocking some nails into the raised beds to finish them? It was... reasonably demanding. Shoveling snow? Gardening, general? Something else?
