I brought a drink and noticed it had added calsium for good bones. Add that in my food diary and the count was 90g so my calsium count for the day was over 100g. Dispite my calorie intake for the day was perfect.. dose that mean I'll gain weight. Had I'd eatten 100 over my carbs I would haved gained weight

Hopefully it wasn't over 100 g of calcium, because that could be a problem. Was it a percentage? Going a little bit over the recommended intake should be ok. You can have too much calcium, but not because it makes you gain weight. For weight loss/gain, focus on your calorie intake.0
