New nutrition plan

Okay, So I have hit a bit of a weight loss rut/plateau so I met with my trainer and nutritionist and I have been grounded in the food sense. I am starting a 5 meal/day nutrition plan where I will be eating the EXACT SAME THING EVERY DAY!!
6:15 am
Huge breakfast of 2 eggs and a whole cup of oatmeal
9:30 am
Dotfit meal replacement protein shake
11:15 am
Large Salad with 6 oz of protein
3:30
Dotfit Meal replacement protein shake
6:00
6 oz of protein VEGGGIIIEEESSSS and 1 cup of either potatoes or rice.
Anyways, I would love to hear if anybody has done somehting similar or has any ideas to spice up the protein section for dinner especially. Thanks for the support!!
