Help with weekly exercise program

Hey guys

I'm looking for help re a weekly exercise program please!

I am 5'6'' and weigh 145lbs / 65.7kg, according to BMI, I am healthy but at the top range. I'm not calorie counting to lose weight, I've come to a point now where I'm actually quite pleased with my structure, it's just I need to tone up. Especially the dreaded after-child tummy!

I was thinking of doing one day abs, one day resistance and one day cardio, then repeating and then a day off. I was doing 30 day shred which I loved so I could do that as one day of my resistance I guess - I just don't want to do it every day as it gets a bit boring. I'm also doing a 200 sit-up challenge at the moment which has about 3 weeks left but I'd like to do something else too as it only takes about 10mins.

Any help you can give on this please let me know. What do you do as your exercise for the week?
Oh I should also mention that I can't get to a gym as I have a little one. So it will all have to be "at home" exercises.
