Maintenance - Help!

Help! Got to my goal weight & went to maintenance a few weeks ago & MFP gave me an extra 210 cals a day, which I have been using. I am still losing weight though, should I increase my cals myself? Don't want to get it wrong & start gaining. I don't really do much excercise either so don't think it can be because of that. What do people think?

    the calculations are estimates, probably no more than +- 10% accuracy, so feel free to add a couple of hundred calories for 2 weeks and see if that stabilises you, if not add some more.

    You won't gain rapidly any more than you can lose rapidly at small deficits.

    Try adding 100 calories a day for a week and see what happens, if your weight still goes down, add another 100 to next week. If it goes up, maybe change it to 50.

    Agreed.

    MFP does not give you exact numbers (that's impossible), just estimations. I needed to play with calories when losing and while maintaining (I've been maintaining for 3 months now). Whenever you make a change, give it a week or more to take effect. I also weighed myself 2x week while trying to figure out my maintenance just so I didn't accidently gain much weight. Paranoid? Maybe. But it worked for me!
