Help converting ozs into mls?!?!

ARGH! I’ve done a boob!

This morning I decided to have cereal for breakfast at work (which I almost never do), but I didn’t have a measuring jug or anything to see how much milk I was using, so I weighed it. I put 4 ounces in, thinking that must be 4 fluid ounces, but apparently fluid ounces are not a measure of weight, but of volume. I now have no idea how to log it!

Does anyone have any idea how to convert 4 ozs of Alpro Soya Milk into mls please?! I’ve Googled it but I can’t find anything helpful.

Thank you

    milk has a density close to 1.0 so 1g = 1ml and (in the UK) 1 fluid oz = 1 oz = 28.4 ml

a US Floz is slightly bigger.

"us ounce" in Google gives you the ml

I believe it should be fairly similar in weight as it would be in flow. So 1 flow oz is 28ml. for 4 I would guess 115-120ml. It might be slightly higher or lower but I think its a reasonable estimate.
