It’s only a very small thing, but this morning while doing the 30DS workout the chest strap for my HRM kept falling down around my waist. I was finding it really annoying, until I realised that must mean I’m shrinking – it fit when I bought it a couple of weeks ago! I already had it as small as it can go, so I’m going to have to do some cutting and sewing or something to make it fit again. This came after giving into chocolate cake last night, so I was very happy. Hoorah! 

Hope you’re all enjoying your own little victories as well – I’d love to hear about them. Reading everyone’s successes really gives me a boost.

as far as i'm concerned, there are NO tiny nsv's ~ woohoo and good for you!! these are just little ways in which we are reminded what we're doing ~ we're making changes for the better ~ AND in your case: it's WORKING!! good for you - and keep up the great work!! :flowerforyou:
