So I'm at the "plateau" phase and I feel so so so bloated these past few days! Still haven't had my period for this month
What should I do? I just started losing weight last month and now I've hit a plateau and bloatedness
What should I do to get back on track?

I think you should eat more! I get this in my stomach too when I don't eat enough, its your body storing all the food, once you eat maybe 200 cals more it'll literally all go!!0
