Any one know if there is a low calorie recipe for pasties!! i have a thing for them real bad but now ive realised how many calories are in 1! =(

I don't think you can really make one low calorie, as all of the calories are coming from the dough. Treat it like any other high calorie food: don't eat it everyday and when you do have one, eat reasonable portions.
