Getting SO frustrated...HELP!

I have been sooooooooooooooooo good for a month now and have lost 4 pounds and 8" inches but this morning the scale is up 2 pounds so meaning I have lost 2 pounds in a month. I have logged everyday completely honestly and worked out at least 5 times per week all month. I am doing Jillian M 30DS and added some weights on my own. I started eating a little more this past week to see if upping my calories would help me but it doesn't look like that worked.
PLEASE someone look at my log and give me some feedback, I would greatly appreciate it.

You are the same age as I am. So, I have to ask, are you peri-menopause or anything? Are you PMSing? I always gain temporary weight when I am PMSing and then loose right after.
Also, have you tried boosting metabolism throughout the day (quick walk at abitrary times, five minutes of walking the stairs, tightening and relaxing muscles, etc.? If I don't keep my metabolism up then I don't loose weight.
Also, you might try some green tea or rooibos tea. I think it helps quite a bit.
You might add or plateau for a bit, but eventually it will all fall into place.
And finally, I have a hard time loosing because I'm diet/exercise controlled diabetic, but women our age develop quite a few weight loss blocks (thyroid, liver function issues, etc.) so you might want to have the doc order up a blood test, just to check.

Weight is not the only measurement, and it is not the most important measurement -- don't be obsessed with the weight. Look at the inches lost.
You are getting fitter every time you work out. You are getting stronger. Sounds like you've already made a lot of progress !
If you didn't take pictures when you started DS, then do so now -- because the scale may look no different, but you certainly will at the end of 30DS0
