I need friends!!!

:smile: I have been using myfitnesspal for over a year. I had never done any excercise since I left school but last year decided that I was sick of being fat! So I discovered MFP.
Last year I did very well: completed a 1.5km swim & 3 Triathlons and lost over 25lbs.
This year I've completed a 5km swim and hope to complete in 3 triathlons. I am finding my weight is static and I now need help to kick start the weightloss again. Please help me and be my friend. Thanks

    You can add me if you like. I log every day and am starting to changes things up myself.
    I started out by walking (still do for cardio), now doing the 30 DS (Jillian Michaels).
    When I complete that, I'm going to start lifting-heavy!

    Be sure to check out the group forums, type in whatever you're interested in (ie: triathlon).
