Fitting workouts in on a time crunch

I am short on time today... as it is with most days. I have about 30-45 minutes to workout so here is my plan:

This workout with 15-20 minutes on the elliptical. What do you do as a workout when you are short on time?

    I usually only have 10 mins in the am to fit in a quick run on my treadmill. I can usually burn like 70-80 cals though so, I think it is worth it!

    With 35-45 minutes, you could do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and STILL have time for a shower! Go Get 'Em Girl!

    The time I have to workout is actually on my lunch break (we have a long one at work) with no TV :( Otherwise I would be on that!!

    Thats cool to have a plan like that...I might need to find some things like that, especially since it would help with toning. I am ALWAYS short on time so I usually do my 20 minute Turbo Jam. I can easily fit in 20 minutes and I burn about 230 calories...if there is time I add in the TJ 10 minute ab set for about an additional 85-90 calories.
