no more dieting for me

:laugh: well as from today i have decided not to diet but to change my lifestyle and just eat food with one ingredient (fruit,vegtables, fresh meat etc etc) no more proccessed food has i feel groggy all the time and have mood swings plus i tend to get down about my weight and i have acne so am hoping swapping to unprocced foods that arnt packed full of chemicals might help my skin and mood has anyone else felt the benefits x thanks x
