Hello, So, well, thought I'd introduce myself and if I can get some friends around my age :)
I'm trying to eat more healthy and be more active.
I've logged my food intake these days, though as I have also trouble sleeping I often slept at lunch, so my calories intake is a bit low... I guess my sleep will get back on track tomorrow, as I'm going to sleep at a normal (more or less) hour today. (I also don't have a scale yet to weigh what I eat, but I can figure things out.)
Then I'll be able to eat and study normally again :/
I've picked up low impact aerobics, seeing as it is funnier than steppers, but I might combine it with other cardio exercises then pick up some strength exercises.
I barely move a day seeing as I am homeschooled and kind of worrying going out especially if I haven't slept well. I hope exercising and eating well will help me sleeping better. Maybe I'm just talking about that because I'm really tired :) though I've noticed some days when I spent a lot of energy moving I actually slept a bit better! I want to be able to have some fun this summer, and it didn't exactly start well with these sleep issues.
