I'm not happy right now,
I just ate my weight in beef stew, I've been stuck on the same weight since months ago,
my sisters friend passed away this morning, and I think I'm getting the flu back.
I need motivation or something, the whole "tomorrow is a new day" thing isn't a good quote for procrastinators like me.

    Tomorrow IS a new day. :P When it comes to losing weight and getting healthy though, every meal is a new chance to renew that commitment. Doing some cardio will rid you of a lot of those extra calories.

    If you're not losing, you really need to examine what you're doing, and figure out what's not working.

    Time to take a walk with your sister - gives you a chance to exercise and feel better about yourself, and it gives your sister some compassionate time to fall apart, talk, or be quiet... whatever she's needing right now. I do some of my best thinking on my feet.... Sorry you've had such a sucky day. Hang in there. I won't say "tomorrow is another day". I will say this: YOU CAN DO THIS.
