I've been taking healthy eating habits and fitness much more seriously for the past 2 months and still have not seen results (in inches or the scale). My stats are below for reference. I realize I don't have much to lose so it's going to take much longer with me getting really serious to see results, but I'm wondering how long it will take.

Until my desk job I consistently weighed about 15 lbs less, so I know hitting 135 is not unhealthy for me. And I'm okay if the response is "it will take you 6 months"....I'm fine with slower results (it's a lifestyle change, not a quick-fix diet), but am just looking for a ballpark idea.

I make sure to get at least 100g of protein a day. I lift weights 3 days/week and do cardio 4 days/week and yoga 1 day/week. I just started incorporating heavy weights about a month ago.

Thoughts?

I try to net 1400 calories/day. I've tried upping the net to 1500-1600 but I just gain and my clothes get tighter.
