Getting under the 11 stone mark

I have hopelessly tried for years and I'm very close I just can't help but think it's never going to happen cos its never happened before, motivation guys? PS newbie so be kind!!

    Keep calm and carry on! Think about it as not just a scale victory, I would put away the scale for a while, and focus on toning and getting healthy. Make an exercise goal and stick to it, such as run a mile without stopping, then once you have reached your goal check back in with the scale but be happy that you can run a mile! Good luck with your journey. And remember it is a journey, not a race!!
