Just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. I had lost weight 5 years ago with about 10 lbs left until I reached my goal. Then, life circumstances caused me to go off track and never get back on. I ended up gaining all the weight back and then some! I became so frustrated with myself that I just stopped trying. Last year, I got myself to start eating better so that I did lose 30 lbs. Since then, I've been around the same weight but have lacked that motivation to start working out again. I am finally at that point where I know I need to do this and lose the rest of my weight. I started exercising again a few days ago and watching my calorie intake. I thought this site would be a good way to monitor my intake and my progress, as well as meet some people who understand where I'm coming from! Anyway, I think I've rambled enough! Good mong ladies, a bunch of us just started a grop who are going to weight in on Sundays and help keep each other motivate. Today is the first day we've weighed in.
