I'm from Vancouver and living in Norther Italy. I find it difficult to keep my weight down as my diet never consisted of so many cheeses and carbs before. If there is anyone who can relate please give me your thoughts.

    Where in Italy? I used to live in Bologna, but I'm an American.

    I'm living just north of Milano... kinda equidistant between Milano and Como Lake.

    I'm actually still in Lombardia... close though :smile:
    I work in music here.... it's nt a good climate now and I thin I'll probably return in the next year or so?
