I'm not really one to condone fast food, but I'm a busy girl and sometimes I have to do it. I also tend to get soooo sick of salads, and we all (hopefully) know that not all salads are good for you, some are seriously evil!

I was happy to find out that the chicken pot pie soup at SaladWorks only has about 90 calories!! So now I can do that whole half salad and soup combo without feeling guilty, or wanting to puke from so much salad!! I'm also happy to know that the McDonalds side salads actually really good, not full of that all white iceberg lettuce that has no taste, so I'll get that with low-fat balsalmic sometimes.

Anyone else have any decent on-the-go food finds??

Chic Fil A, if you have those in PA, have grilled chicken nuggets. They aren't on the menu so you have to ask for them.

Subway is always a great alternative. They have a lot of stuf for under 6 grams of fat, and so long as you watch your calories, you can have a 6 inch for about 300 calories. Vegetables are always good fillers, so loading a sandwich up with them helps curb the appetite. Places like the pita pit, or anything else related are good too. And, despite not thinking about it, Tim hortons has some really good soups. Hearty vegetable is great for you, and normally always available. Theres no harm in checking nutritional information before heading down just so you can try to count everything you're taking in :)

My "go to" fast foods are wendys grilled chicken sandwich or a burrito bowl from chipotle.
