tips to help lose the last 10 lbs please

So i've heard and read everywhere that the last 10lbs are the hardest to lose. I am currently there and was just looking for a few tips on what I can do to make sure I succeed. To give you and idea of my daily activities if that helps this is what a day is like for me. I work 10-6 normally which consists of sitting at a desk strapped to a phone (call centre). I eat 1200 calories or less a day usually between 1000-1200 lots of veggies and fruits, fish. I walk approx 5mph for 60 min, and jump rope moderatley for 20 min. also consuming 8 glasses of water or more a day. So if anyone has any tips or things i should add or change. thank you

    Try adding a few more calories each day. I started here eating 1200 calories with 10 lbs to loose. After two months, I upped my calories to 1325 and finally lost my first pound last week.
