What is with me?

Hey guys
Yesterday I started my new workout plan, did my weights yesterday and cardio today. But for some reason today I just *couldn't* do the half of it. My biggest hurdle is that I can now jog 30 minutes, and I've done it more than once in the last 2 weeks, but the last couple of times I've failed. Last time I had to try again (only did 10 minutes at first, managed to do 30 after trying again) but today I did 6, had to rest, did 13 and rested again. What's up with me?
I admit today my motivation wasn't the best, but not enough to that I should have failed 30 minutes straight. I warmed up for 10-15 minutes, and fully stretched, and had a wholesome breakfast of oatmeal, milk, kiwi, pumpkin seeds and almonds about an hour to 90 minutes before.
Is my breakfast wrong? or maybe my warm up isn't enough?

I'm the same way, I've managed to run 60 minutes straight, but most of the time around 15min I run out of juice. I think it's a combination of things: stress, sleep, food, other exercise etc. I'd love to hear what others say, but definitely don't beat yourself up over it. You're still getting out there!0

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I've tried researching pre workout meals, but they say oatmeal is good. But I've also seen people with the same problem as me, eating oatmeal. I tried again today and failed, and managed to do it a second time, this time with an energy drink. But I'm on a lower calorie diet and those are wasted cals, so I'd much rather have something nutritious too.0

How much weight are you lifting? Since I hit 100# on squats and deadlifts, my cardio has suffered. It makes you really tired.0
